Five One, Inc. started as an independent label in 2001 when a Norwegian rock band, Poor Rich Ones asked for our support in the U.S.  We have been introducing music we love ever since.  We are lucky to meet amazing artists from all over the world and share a great journey with them.

Times have changed, and Five One, Inc. has evolved.  Taking advantage of our experience running an independent label over 10 years, we continue to support artists we truly love by providing the unique customized services they need to achieve their goal.

In addtion, Five One, Inc. has been bridging the Japanese and U.S. entertainment industry assisting international partners in grasping the potential of the markets, building successful operations, and strengthening their brand. We have been involved in strategic consulting for artists, managements, record labels, publishers and new business entering and growing in the Japanese market and vice versa in the U.S.  From licensing masters for US and Japanese independent artists to assisting the oversea expansion of global IT firms, we support wide range of projects with passion.
